Account data you provide when you create an account or start a trial (such as name and email). Payment information handled by our payment processor. Basic technical data such as device identifiers and app version, used to run licenses and keep the apps working. Content you create in the apps (such as notes or slide lists) is stored to provide the service. In LumiDevotional we also process: your name, email and profile photo when you sign in with email, Google or Apple; your reading progress, favorite devotionals, prayer diary notes and preferences (language, reminder time); and, if you use Groups, the comments you post and the groups you belong to.

LumiRemote, LumiNotes and LumiDevotional each offer an optional auto-renewable subscription (LumiRemote Pro, LumiNotes Pro and LumiDevotional Pro, respectively), available as a Monthly plan and a Yearly plan, each with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Pricing for each plan is shown in the app and on its App Store product page before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, through Apple’s App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the same price unless changed. You can manage or cancel any subscription, and turn off auto-renewal, at any time in your Apple ID account settings on your device (Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions). Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Apple’s standard End User License Agreement applies to these apps; see the Terms of Use link on each app’s App Store page. On Android, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase; they renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Google Play’s terms of service apply to purchases made through Google Play.

To provide and maintain the apps, manage licenses and subscriptions, respond to support requests, send essential service messages, and improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate: Stripe for payment processing, Supabase for database and storage, and email delivery providers for transactional messages. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service. In LumiDevotional we also use Google (Google sign-in and AdMob ads), Apple (Sign in with Apple and App Store subscriptions), RevenueCat (subscription management) and Google Play (billing on Android).

The free version of LumiDevotional shows banner ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use your device’s advertising identifier and data such as IP address, device type and ad interactions to serve and measure ads. In the European Union, the United Kingdom and other applicable regions we ask for your consent through a Google consent message (UMP); on iOS we ask for your permission through App Tracking Transparency before tracking your activity across third-party apps and websites. You can change your choice at any time in Profile → Ad privacy (when available) or in your device settings (limit ad tracking / reset advertising identifier). LumiDevotional Pro subscribers do not see ads. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

LumiDevotional lets you create or join groups and post comments visible to the group’s members. You are responsible for what you post. We do not allow offensive, discriminatory, sexual, violent, spam or illegal content. By joining a group you accept the community rules. You can report any other user’s comment and block any user inside the app (comments from blocked users are no longer shown to you). We review reports within 24 hours and remove offensive content and, when necessary, the offending user’s access. Contact: info@lumisoftdigital.com.

Our apps are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us so we can delete it.

In LumiDevotional you can delete your account and data at any time in Profile → Delete account. Deletion permanently removes your account, profile, photo, diary and other associated data, as well as groups you administer (their members lose access). You can also request deletion by email at info@lumisoftdigital.com or at lumisoftdigital.com/delete-account; we handle requests within 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play; cancel them in your store settings. We may keep minimal data where the law requires it (for example, billing records).

We keep account and billing data for as long as your account is active or as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. LumiDevotional data is kept while your account exists and is deleted when you delete it, unless the law requires otherwise.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy as the apps evolve. When we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
